Welcome to New Way Box! These Terms of Service and Conditions ("Terms") govern the service of **temporary order pickup and storage**. By using our services, the customer fully agrees to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Collection Service and Liability

• New Way Box acts exclusively as a **temporary order pickup and storage point**. **We do not perform delivery services**.
• The customer must use the New Way Box address, along with their **Unique Identification Code**, as the shipping address for their online purchases.
• The responsibility for the content and legality of the order rests **entirely with the customer** who registered the account.
• New Way Box will take all reasonable precautions to store orders securely and inviolately, but **is not responsible** for the content or lack of content that may occur before reception.

2. Storage Periods and Fees

• The maximum time **exempt from the storage fee is **7** (seven) days**. After this period, a **daily fee** will be applied according to the weight/volume category of the order.
• The maximum and **absolute** storage period is **30 (thirty) days** from the date of reception at our store.
• After the 30-day period ends, the order will be considered **abandoned** and will be destroyed or sent for donation, and can no longer be claimed.

3. Payments and Collection

• Full payment for the service is **mandatory at the time of order pickup**.
• **Refusal of Collections (COD):** Orders sent **cash on delivery (COD)** will always be **refused**, unless the same amount is prepaid in full before reception at the store.
• The prices of the services are indicated in the client area. Prices may be changed without prior notice, but the price of an order **already received will never be changed**.

4. Restrictions and Prohibited Items

• It is strictly forbidden to store illegal, dangerous, flammable, explosive, perishable items, living beings, or any other goods that may compromise safety. We reserve the right to inspect, refuse, or discard such items.
• Orders with volume exceeding the absolute maximum limit defined in the **Price Table** will not be accepted.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• The service is considered **rendered at the moment of order reception** at our facilities.
• Due to the nature of the service, **cancellations or refunds are not accepted** after the order is registered as received.

6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of these changes.
• These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of **Portugal**.
